About Us

How the Phoenix Council Works:

Each executive holds a membership for a 12 month period. During this time the Phoenix Council will meet three (3) times in various locations. Each session will consist of one or more resource leaders who will be responsible for two (2) of the days.

The third day will be led by Whitewater Strategies, Inc. and will provide a forum for sharing, processing, and deepening our mutual understanding of the topic and our experience.

In order to maximize the group cohesion and collaboration, we ask that each member commit to attending each of the sessions during the year. If necessary, a substitute may be sent, but we ask that this be the exception, not the rule.

Also, in order to maximize the group sharing and learning, the group will be limited to 20 participants in each session.

The cost of membership in the Phoenix Council is $6,000 per year.

If seats are available at a particular session, a member may bring a guest in order to introduce them to the group or to participate in a particular topic. Guest memberships are $1,500 per session if they are available. All guests must be invited by a member.

During each session, Whitewater Strategies, Inc. and River Consulting will sponsor a joint dinner activity to allow and encourage continued discussion with the resource.

All other meals and expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
